SITUATION

Founded in 1992, Tower Water provides expertise for large-scale facilities requiring protection of their pipes and infrastructure through the proper treatment of water. Their service enables facilities to become a safer and a more efficient environment, enhancing customer profitability by reducing their energy consumption.


CHALLENGE
Tower Water engaged Alan Brooks Creative to re-engineer their company's website. During the discovery session, it was determined that the messaging and overall brand direction would need to be re-assessed. The communications platform on their website needed to evolve in a consistent manner that better represented the growing success and leadership role they continued to play in the New York / New Jersey Metro area.


SOLUTION
Alan Brooks Creative recommended that the brand itself needed to be enhanced to be a more dominant, engaging and unique identity that better reflected this fast paced organization. As many competitors were claiming to provide the same services, the answer was to steer the brand direction toward being the company creating the standards and innovative approach. In other words, choreograph a strong leadership position in the New York / New Jersey area that it already occupies.

Alan Brooks Creative designed a new logo and identity system that is now seen on its operations fleet, new website and infiltrated in and throughout its corporate collateral. The young and ambitious principals (who are brothers, Russell and Noah Baskin) have also taken steps toward increasing their online footprint with a blog, video assets from satisfied clients and entry into social media applications like Twitter and Facebook.

The Business Marketing Association of NJ has recognized the new logo and campaign by awarding us with top honors for the overall corporate identity program for Tower Water.
